Dress code for the day: Black Tie

Pre-ceremony drinks

If you would like to join Darryll for some pre-ceremony drinks, we have reserved an area from 3pm in The Black Pig (18 Grove Hill Road) which is on the way to the registry office.

Wedding Ceremony

We have opted for a civil ceremony in the evening (to allow for oversleeping) which will take place at our local register office:

Please arrive by 16.45 hrs at the latest for the 17.00 hrs start (you wouldn’t want to turn up after the bride now would you?)

Wedding Reception

Once we had decided that we wanted to have our wedding in our new home town of Royal Tunbridge Wells it made sense to have our wedding reception in our favourite restaurant, situated at the end of our road, on the picturesque Pantiles. Woods Wine bar and Restaurant is a lovely family run venue that uses a lot of fresh ingredients sourced from local farms. It was the first place we went to in Tunbridge Wells and we have been going there ever since. We hope that you like it as much as we do x x
